🚫 No Returns on Opened or Used Products

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened, used, or unsealed tanning lotions, sprays, foams, moisturizers, or skincare products.
This ensures that every customer receives a product that is new, safe, and uncontaminated.

✅ Please inspect your order carefully before opening any items.
If you’re unsure about a product, contact us before purchasing — our team is happy to help with questions about ingredients, scent, or formula.

📦 Wrong Item Received

We take accuracy seriously, but mistakes can happen.
If you receive the wrong product:

  1. Do not open the item.

  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return label.

  3. We’ll cover all return shipping costs.

  4. Once the product is received, we’ll either send the correct item or issue a full refund — your choice.

💥 Damaged or Defective Products

If your package or item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging to speed up processing.

  3. We’ll send a replacement at no charge or provide a refund if the product is no longer available.

All USPS Priority Mail shipments include $50 insurance coverage. For larger claims, you may also file directly with USPS.

🏠 Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
If an order is returned to us because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address, or

  • A refused or unclaimed package,

the following will apply:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • You are responsible for all return and reshipment shipping costs.

If you’d like the order reshipped, please contact us to arrange payment for the new shipment.

🏷️ Items Sourced from Distributors

Some items are shipped directly from our authorized distributors.
If a return or replacement is required for these products, additional processing time (typically 2–4 business days) may apply while the distributor verifies the return.
We will keep you updated throughout this process.
