🚫 No Returns on Opened Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on tanning lotions, sprays, foams, moisturizers, or any other opened products. This policy guarantees that you will never receive a product that could compromise your safety.

📦 Wrong Item Received

Mistakes are rare, but if you receive the wrong product:

  • Do not open the item.

  • Return it to us, and we’ll cover all shipping costs.

  • Once we receive it, we’ll send you the correct product immediately or issue a full refund — your choice.

❌ Opened Bottles Cannot Be Returned

Once a product has been opened, it cannot be returned.
✅ Please double-check your order before submitting it, and carefully review your package upon arrival before opening any items.

🏠 Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery:

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply.

  • You are responsible for all additional shipping charges (both the return and reshipment).

💥 Damaged Deliveries

We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged. Here’s what to do:

  1. Email us immediately at sales@lewiestanningonline.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Return the damaged product to us.

  3. Once processed, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

👉 Please note: All USPS Priority Mail packages include $50 insurance coverage. If your package was damaged in transit, we recommend contacting your local post office to file a claim.
