📦 Where do your products ship from?

Most orders are fulfilled directly by our team from our own stocked inventory.

However, some items — especially limited editions or high-demand lotions — are sourced directly from our authorized distributors once you place an order. This allows us to offer a wider selection and better pricing without listing out-of-stock items.

If a product is sourced from a distributor, it usually adds 1–2 business days to order processing before shipping. You’ll always receive tracking details once your package is on the way.

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days for in-stock items and 2–4 business days when sourced from a distributor.

Transit time within the U.S. is usually 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

We accept returns of new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away — we’ll make it right.
